Return Policy
Tuition for classes includes all tax and fees. All sales final. No refunds available on single classes. If a refund is issued it must be requested 7 days prior to the start of class and there will be a $50-$100 refund fee applied to cover website and administrative fees. Classes are non refundable. Purchasor is able to transfer the value to a friend. Rescheduling fee of $20 to be applied for rescheduling or transferring classes, which can be purchased on the website under “ the studio bookings tab->book classes”.
Discount codes not applied to membership. The studio retains the right to refuse service for disorderly conduct. Please email at salishseaceramicstudio@gmail.com with any questions prior or after purchase. By purchasing the buyer aknowleges art is unpredicatable and pottery made by them is not guranteed to survive the ceramic process. By purchasing classes or products shown on the website the buyer acknowledges all shop policies pertaining to sales, shipping and returns.
