My artistic journey began in the late 1990s, after 32 years immersed in Industrial Art in the Pacific Northwest. This epiphany to paint, sculpt, and reflect was sparked by the rhythm and soul of Blues, Jazz, and Funk. Each genre became a catalyst, guiding my work across diverse mediums and transforming my creative expression. My path took me from Florida’s Space Coast to the Pacific Northwest, with inspiring stops in Roma, Memphis, and the San Francisco Bay Area—each place leaving an indelible mark on my art and vision. These travels not only broadened my perspective but deepened my connection to the universal language of music, which continues to resonate in my creations. Every brushstroke, every form, is a reflection of the eclectic sounds and cultures that have shaped my artistic evolution. Ultimately, my art is a fusion of experience, inspiration, and the timeless energy of the world around me.

When are art walks in Everett?
The Everett Art Walk takes place on the third Thursday of every month from 5PM to 8PM. During this time venues open up their doors to showcase the artist of their choosing for that month. All venues are in walking distance of one another here in Everett.
How do I become a showcasing artist at Salish Sea Ceramics?
If you are interested in becoming on of our showcasing artists, you need to fill out this form. Priority goes to those who are currently studio members. If you have any questions, please reach out to us via email.
